酒駕找同事頂包 男子良心發現自首

酒駕撞人、還想找人頂包！新北市板橋，日前有名男子中午吃飯喝了酒，竟開車回去上班，途中發生車禍，男子怕被法辦，趁警方還沒到時，跑去找同事頂包，事後覺得事情大條了，良心發現怕害到同事，才向員警自首，自己酒駕，也害同事被依偽造文書罪送辦。
監視器畫面拍下，小轎車開過沒多久，卻擦撞到旁邊一台機車，這名男子明明酒駕，但他卻趁騎士去就醫時，打電話給同事請他幫忙，他先把車開到捷運站，緊接著自己走下駕駛座，換同事上車，自導自演想掩蓋酒駕事實，良心不安發現，而酒駕找人頂包的狀況，還真不少。
去年八月，前國民黨台北市議員參選人林冠勳，也是因為餐敘酒駕擦撞，竟讓助理頂包，事後被抓包只好出面道歉，更有男子出了車禍撞死人，找前妻頂包，2016年這名男子，喝了酒還在前妻回家，結果發生車禍。
當時他把一台紅色小轎車，整個撞翻，還叫前妻頂罪，但不巧的是這換位的過程，被後方行車記錄器，拍個正著，提醒大家酒駕，除了公共危險罪，找人頂包還會害上親友，多上一條偽造文書，實在害人害己。
