The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

冬接春「水痘」與「腹瀉」威脅大全台單周就診人次齊升

冬季與初春相交，當心「水痘」與「腹瀉」來攪局！根據疾管署最新監測資料就發現，上周全國腹瀉門急診就診達16萬1019人次，一口氣比春節前一周翱14萬7512人次上升9.2%；而水痘健保門診就診也達981人次，較前3周學校寒假及春節連假時都高。

疾管署副署長羅一鈞表示，往年經驗，目前正是水痘與腹瀉疫情好發的季節，尤其，目前正好是各級學校開學，其中水痘傳染力極強，可透過空氣與飛沫傳染，提醒學生一定要落實生病在家休息及手部、呼吸道衛生等措施。

因為疾管署掌握，近4周國內就一共通報有5起的水痘群聚事件，以校園通報案件為多，主要為5到14歲兒童及青少年，從幼兒園、國小到國高中都有。

另一方面，羅一鈞提醒，近4周亦已累計有25起腹瀉群聚案件，以餐飲旅宿業15起最多；檢出病原以諾羅病毒為主，他強調，一旦發生腹瀉情形，待症狀解除至少48小時以後再恢復上班上學，才能降低病毒傳播的風險。

疾管署指出，國內自民國93年起將水痘疫苗納入幼兒常規預防接種項目後，全國水痘發生率已大幅下降近9成，但校園仍有偶發群聚。請有水痘疑似症狀者配戴口罩就醫治療，落實生病不上課；隔離期間請保持室內空氣流通、做好呼吸道衛生與咳嗽禮節，避免接觸未接種水痘疫苗的嬰幼兒、孕婦及免疫功能低下者等高危險群，經醫師評估傳染力已大幅降低後再復學，防止病毒傳播
