伊朗擊落美無人機 傳川普批准空襲但臨時喊卡
伊朗擊落一架美軍無人機、被美國總統川普稱「鑄下大錯」後，「紐約時報」今天披露，川普原本批准昨晚空襲部分伊朗境內的目標，但隨後臨時喊卡。
紐約時報引述高層官員指出，美國原本計劃20日晚間攻擊像是雷達和飛彈連隊等少部分伊朗目標，但空襲計畫尚在初步階段即喊停；當時執行任務的戰機已升空，水面艦艇也已就位，但任務臨時被叫停，所有機艦均沒發射飛彈。
紐時指出，目前還不清楚究竟是川普臨時改變主意，還是因後勤或戰略問題迫使川普政府改弦更張，也不清楚後續會否重新展開空襲。
伊朗稍早表示，在他們發射飛彈擊落一架美軍「全球之鷹」（Global Hawk）無人偵察機後，已在伊朗水域發現部分飛機殘骸；不過五角大廈表示，無人機遭攻擊時是在公海上空。
事發後川普一度推文說「伊朗鑄下大錯」，但隨後似有意熱門產品熱銷產品讓美伊緊張降溫，改口說「很難相信這是故意的，如果你想要知道真相的話」、「我想這可能是不聽令的蠢人所為」。
由於川普所釋訊息雜亂無章，全世界都暫無法確定華府下一步將如何。
伊朗外交部長查瑞夫（Mohammad Javad Zarif）則說：「我們不求戰，但將捍衛領空、領土和領海。」（中央社）
前首相布萊爾：英國和歐盟應為2次脫歐公投準備
（中央社倫敦14日綜合外電報導）根據事先公布講稿，英國前首相布萊爾將在今天的演說表示，英國和歐洲聯盟應該為第2次脫歐公投做準備，因為國會可能不會讓脫歐協議過關，需要民眾來打破僵局。
路透社報導，英國距離正式脫歐剩不到4個月，首相梅伊（Theresa May）承認她與歐盟達成的脫歐協議可能會以極大差距被否決後，本週取消將協議交付國會表決。
1997到2007年曾任工黨首相的布萊爾（Tony Blair）曾在布魯塞爾向歐盟領袖表示，歐盟應該進行改革，提升自身魅力讓英國想要留下來。
布萊爾打算在倫敦的演講說：「現在該著手準備了，國會要確保以明白的方式遊說不同選項，循序漸進，就一個選項或舉行公投達成共識。歐盟要確保若英國準備好重新考慮，歐洲也要準備好重新考慮。」
布萊爾的辦公室在演說前發布演講稿摘錄內容。
