「黨主席不是什麼好康」 柯建銘：危急存亡之秋，有人承擔就要毫無保留的挺
民進黨主席補選登記今（14）日落幕，在各派系共推下，行政院長秘書長卓榮泰下午完成參選登記。民進黨團總召柯建銘晚間表示，民進黨面臨危急存亡之秋，有人承擔，就是最好的人選，「我們就要毫無保留的挺」；他也喊話，這並非共治，而是共同承擔，大家應坦承相見，推心置腹，「給它拚下去。」
卓榮泰下午在桃園市長鄭文燦、新竹市長林智堅、嘉義縣長當選人翁章梁、台南市長當選人黃偉哲、前立委陳其邁等人陪同下，完成黨主席參選登記，並手牽手合照，象徵「大團結」氣勢。
據悉，在黨內原鎖定的林佳龍、陳其邁意願不高的情況下，由卓榮泰出馬之想法已醞釀數日，早在前日各方已有初步共識，昨日總統蔡英文核心幕僚、鄭文燦、翁章梁、陳其邁、林智堅、前秘書長洪耀福及卓本人齊聚台北市知名刷刷鍋「橘色」，做最終確認。
柯建銘受訪時一再強調，「這不是什麼好康（指黨主席責任艱鉅）」，「有人選就是最好的人選」，各方必須重新整隊，籌組成最好的隊伍，面對未來執政挑戰。
柯建銘並指出，民進黨不只面對中共的壓力，更有國民黨、白色力量、時代力量環伺，這是很困難的處境，將考驗黨主席的智慧，須有完整的戰略思考。
日前，在中生代無人願承擔的情況下，柯建銘就曾主張「大反省、大合作」，關鍵決定時刻黨內應坐下懇談、用共推產生黨主席人選。如今，局勢亦符合柯所言，由各派系要角共推人選。（推薦閱讀：痛批民進黨不思檢討 新潮流大老吳乃仁宣布「退黨退流」 ）
民進黨主席補選登記結束，台灣民意基金會董事長游盈隆和行政院秘書長卓榮泰完成登記，形成兩強相爭局勢。19日中執會審查資格、20日抽籤，2019年1月6日進行黨員投票。
