The Inglesina Trilogy Plus Otutto Deluxe System is an absolute must-have set which accompanies you and your little sunshine from birth up to toddlerhood. The Trilogy Plus features one of the biggest carrycots (internal dimensions: 76 x 37 cm) on the market so that your little one can stretch out and feel super comfortable wherever you go. The hard carrycot can be attached to the chassis with only one click - thus, a full-size pram is created in no time at all. The large canopy as well as the windproof blanket protect your child from direct sunlight and cold wind. The carrycot comes with an adjustable backrest and adjustable ventilation slots on the bottom side. The soft and cuddly padding as well as the welcome pad that has been developed in collaboration with midwives make this cosy carrycot complete. The welcome pad is a particularly comfortable, high-quality mattress. Just like in mom's belly, your child can bend her legs and lie in a healthy supine position. The flexible support roll can be adapted easily to your little one's growth. 出身小琉球的國中校長蘇傳桔（中間戴眼鏡者），打從在琉球國中當主任時團購熱門產品網路熱銷產品就是當地的最佳解說員。圖／蘇傳桔提供分享 faceb春節送禮推薦熱賣商品英文ook 屏東縣琉球鄉人口約1萬多人，鄉內有4所國小及1所國中，今年8月以後，除了全德國小外，其餘學校都是由小琉球人當校長，出身小琉球的國中小校長（含退休）迄今已超過30人，校長們分析，主要因漁民家庭多半不願孩子再討海過苦日子，鼓勵孩子唸書，使得「琉球校長」特別有名。屏縣新埤國中校長蘇傳桔是小琉球人，8月就要回鄉接任琉球國中校長，他說自己是琉球國中畢業，大學時即立志要回鄉當校長，學成後回母校當老師、升主任，如今又以第一志願申請回鄉當校長，心情興奮又複雜。. } }); } 65年次的他對小琉球的產業生態十分了解，他說自己並不想到老才還鄉，而是希望把握機會回鄉服務，帶著當地孩子好好認識家鄉。琉球國小校長張簡振豐、白沙國小校長田永成、8月將接任天南國小校長的陳國民都是琉球鄉人，張簡振豐是屏東縣天文協會理事長，他說兒時在小琉球走出家新上市網友一致推薦門就能仰望滿天星星，打開天文視野，正是家鄉給他的啟發。還有白沙國小校長田永成為鼓勵孩子們了解大海熱銷排行榜省錢王、了解故鄉，近年力推划獨木舟環小琉球島，過去有離島保送生名額，每年一定有一位保送生回小琉球服務，然後慢慢成為校長，可能在前輩影響下，出身小琉球的校長才愈來愈多。蘇傳桔也說，討海人生活辛苦，危險性高，他父親從小就告訴他和兄弟姐妹「能讀多高就讀多高」，可能是漁民家庭都希望孩子不要再靠大海維生，加上同儕之間影響，才讓小琉球出校長的名聲不脛而走。據校長們估計，出身小琉球、目前還在職的校長至少有10多人，若加上退休校長，應該超過30人，這群來自離島的校長每年不忘聯誼，傳承小琉球精神。

曾為納粹黨衛軍效力如今仍從德國領養老金

（德國之聲中文網）專門研究納粹黨衛軍歷史的學者德·科尼克（Alvin de Coninck）調查发現，這些在世的老年男子人數大約為30人，年齡均已超過90歲。每個月他們都可以從德國額外領取到一筆養老金，數額從425歐元到1275歐元不等。他在接受比利時《早報》采訪時說，曾在二戰中參加納粹黨衛軍的比利時人戰後以叛國罪被關在比利時監獄裡，德國社保機構把他們在監獄裡被關押的年頭折算進退休前的工齡。而在二戰中被強迫在德國工作的比利時勞工戰後每個月獲得的經濟補償卻只有50歐元。

納粹德國入侵法國、比利時和歐洲其它國家之後，希特勒下達"元首指令'，所有志願為德國黨衛軍效力的外國人都可以獲得養老金。德國歷史學者格爾尼茨（Martin Göllnitz）在接受德國之聲采訪時說，1940年1月1日起，黨衛軍不再屬於納粹黨，而是編制為德意志帝國的國防軍。因此黨衛軍的成員可以得到相應的養老保險。

無論國籍，黨衛軍成員都可以像其他國防軍軍人一樣有權獲得養老金。格爾尼茨說，現在很難搞清楚，全世界範圍內還有多少曾加入過納粹黨衛軍的成員仍在從德國領取養老金，這些人員都來自哪些國家。他說，上世紀90年代中期，僅在拉脫維亞一個國家就有大約1500名前黨衛軍成員按照德國有關規定領取過養老金。

以往的努力都失敗了

學者德·科尼克參與的研究組織"集體記憶'於2016年年底公布了納粹黨衛軍比利時成員從德國領取養老金的消息。當時比利時議會曾嘗試從德國官方獲得這些養老金領取者的姓名並且試圖終止對這些人的養老金发放。兩年前德國聯邦議院左翼黨議員耶爾普克（Ulla Jelpke）曾向聯邦議院質詢，但議院給出的回復是：聯邦政府'不能提供依據《聯邦戰爭受害者救濟法》享受養老金者的信息。因為，居住地在比利時的養老金接受者是否曾是黨衛軍成員或者曾被判處過叛國罪，聯邦政府不掌握信息。原因是聯邦戰爭救濟法由各聯邦州來執行"。

現在比利時又有3名議員在嘗試新的努力。他們要求德國聯邦議院外交委員會終止這一'令人完全不可接受的狀況"，"通過外交途徑'解決問題。其中一位名叫麥干（Olivier Maingain）的議員說，到目前為止，德國人一直阻止解決問題。他說："德國駐比利時大使十分清楚這些人的姓名，但是德國使館卻不把這份名單交給比利時政府，所以比利時政府也無法采取任何稅務措施。"麥干之所以這麼說，是因為他相信，這些養老金領取者也不給這部分收入納稅。

社會保險與價值觀無關

歷史學者格爾尼茨認為，麥干的訴求會遇到很大的司法障礙。他說：'原則上，社會福利保障權不因（行為主體）遭受法律制裁而受到限制。因為價值中立的准則是社會保障的基礎。"

事實上，德國國內並不是沒有過阻止向納粹黨衛軍成員繼續发放養老金的嘗試。1998年1月14日通過的'聯邦戰爭受害者救濟法修訂法案'中規定，一旦證實昔日的軍人、現在的養老金領取者曾在納粹德國時期從事過違反人性和法治基本原則的行為，那麼可以剝奪這些人領取養老金的資格。

但是這項法律中的相關規定只適用於1997年11月13日以後提出領取養老金的申請。而真正有可能適用這項條款的申請早在幾十年前就提出了，因此也就幾乎沒有任何一個養老金領取者會受到影響。左翼黨議員耶爾普克向德國之聲表示，只有極小的一部分人申請被拒，94萬人中只有99人，僅佔0.01%。原因很明顯，因戰爭罪行受到司法起訴的人只是鳳毛麟角。

也正因此，歷史學者格爾尼茨認為比利時3名議員做出的新的努力可能不會帶來結果，因為每一個個案都需要被單獨審核。他說，黨衛軍成員不都等同於戰犯。他說：'我覺得這件事會不了了之。'
