桃園市往年受理申辦住宅補貼都很熱絡，今年內政部同樣核定1萬戶租金補貼。圖／桃園市政府提供分享 facebook 中央拍板「協助單身及鼓勵婚育租金補貼試辦方案」，各縣市政府9月份開始受理申請，桃園市去年首度自推青年租金補貼形團購人氣產品好物分享同暫時退場，發到6月為止，市府住宅發展處指出，中央版本租金補貼3200元，比桃園版本4000元要少，每月平均所得規定低於最低生活費2.5倍也較嚴，月薪須在3萬6445元以下，但不須設籍，方便租屋族申請。中央跟地方政府祭出住宅補貼政策多年，租金補貼最受歡迎，但申請資格限制單身者須40歲以上才能申請，屢被詬病，市府去年3月29日青年節首度推出桃園青年租金補貼，開放設籍桃園、20歲哪裡便宜戰利品到40歲單身青年申請，市長鄭文燦還從每月2千元加碼到4千元，且不限戶數。. } }); } 桃園版青年租金補貼政策去年首度上路，最後有445戶符合資格獲得每月4千元補助，從去年6月獲發補助，為期1年，住宅發展處長莊敬權說，桃園辦理租金補貼成效良好，獲得中央認同，中央也在今年拍板一致性方案，並擴大補助婚育家庭，因此遵照中央版，也不會加碼。莊敬權說，中央針對不同縣市的青年與婚育家庭訂出不同級距的租金補貼，桃園為各3200元與4000元，資格方面，申請人每月平均所得要低於該縣市公告的最低生活好用商品推薦費2.5倍以下，以桃園市來說薪資要在3萬6445元以下，此規範確實較去年桃園版的3.5倍、5萬1023元嚴格。莊也提到，原本桃園青年租金補貼只補助設籍桃園者，中央版規定，租屋處與戶籍不須限制在同一縣市，意即申請人戶籍雖在外縣市，但在桃園租房工作，一樣可在桃園市申請，但最低生活費計算須以租屋處所在地為準，另新婚育兒家庭的戶籍地與租屋處則須在同一縣市。住宅發展處指出，青年與婚育家庭租金補貼將於9月份受理申請，此試辦方案，縣市政府不須出配合款，依去年經驗與中央初步規畫，釋出名額應能全額滿足，最產品送禮酒推薦快11月份可領到。

亞帕運》保齡球李佳婕奪下首金中華代表團1金7銀5銅

【楊勝凱／綜合報導】我國參加2018年印尼亞洲帕拉運動會（簡稱亞帕運），在當地9日終於傳回好消息，保齡球代表隊李佳婕選手在TPB8級，以80分極大差距擊敗各國選手奪得金牌，這也是我國在本屆亞帕運的第一面金牌，中華代表團目前以1金7銀5銅，在所有參賽國家中名列第16。

9日奪牌的選手還包括劉雅婷獲得田徑女子標槍F12/13級銀牌、田曉雯獲得桌球女子單打TT10級銀牌、胡銘福獲得桌球男子單打TT8級銅牌、黃子軒、謝宗翰獲得保齡球男子TPB2級雙打銅牌，截至10日止我國代表隊共獲得1金7銀5銅。

李佳婕在2010年廣州亞洲帕拉運動會保齡球 TPB8 個人賽和雙人賽雙銅，今年才剛拿下WPB殘疾人保齡球巡迴賽印尼亞帕運資格賽 TPB8 個人賽金牌。李佳婕今在女子個人部份表現突出，從第1局擲出168高分後就一路保持領先，更在第3局擲出全場唯一超過200分的204分，雖然在後兩局分數只擲出157、151分，但絲毫影響不到她的名次，最終李佳婕以1023分、平均170.50分的極大差距奪下金牌。

李佳婕是後天性小兒麻痺，她說，小時候讀書時上體育課的我總是獨自一人留在教室或在旁邊看著同學能跑跳碰，在一次的機緣接觸殘障運動輪椅保齡球後，並接受黃忠仁教練的指導，便在國內外屢獲佳績。有了許多國家的參賽經驗，再加上黃忠仁教練的栽培下。從此展開了我的運動生涯。保齡球能讓我學到永不放棄的精神，很高興能接觸殘障體育運動，感謝教練及家人支持。
