桃園市往年受理申辦住宅補貼都很熱絡，今年內政部同樣核定1萬戶租金補貼。 圖／桃園市政府提供 分享 facebook 中央拍板「協助單身及鼓勵婚育租金補貼試辦方案」，各縣市政府9月份開始受理申請，桃園市去年首度自推青年租金補貼形團購人氣產品好物分享同暫時退場，發到6月為止，市府住宅發展處指出，中央版本租金補貼3200元，比桃園版本4000元要少，每月平均所得規定低於最低生活費2.5倍也較嚴，月薪須在3萬6445元以下，但不須設籍，方便租屋族申請。中央跟地方政府祭出住宅補貼政策多年，租金補貼最受歡迎，但申請資格限制單身者須40歲以上才能申請，屢被詬病，市府去年3月29日青年節首度推出桃園青年租金補貼，開放設籍桃園、20歲哪裡便宜戰利品到40歲單身青年申請，市長鄭文燦還從每月2千元加碼到4千元，且不限戶數。. } }); } 桃園版青年租金補貼政策去年首度上路，最後有445戶符合資格獲得每月4千元補助，從去年6月獲發補助，為期1年，住宅發展處長莊敬權說，桃園辦理租金補貼成效良好，獲得中央認同，中央也在今年拍板一致性方案，並擴大補助婚育家庭，因此遵照中央版，也不會加碼。莊敬權說，中央針對不同縣市的青年與婚育家庭訂出不同級距的租金補貼，桃園為各3200元與4000元，資格方面，申請人每月平均所得要低於該縣市公告的最低生活好用商品推薦費2.5倍以下，以桃園市來說薪資要在3萬6445元以下，此規範確實較去年桃園版的3.5倍、5萬1023元嚴格。莊也提到，原本桃園青年租金補貼只補助設籍桃園者，中央版規定，租屋處與戶籍不須限制在同一縣市，意即申請人戶籍雖在外縣市，但在桃園租房工作，一樣可在桃園市申請，但最低生活費計算須以租屋處所在地為準，另新婚育兒家庭的戶籍地與租屋處則須在同一縣市。住宅發展處指出，青年與婚育家庭租金補貼將於9月份受理申請，此試辦方案，縣市政府不須出配合款，依去年經驗與中央初步規畫，釋出名額應能全額滿足，最產品送禮酒推薦快11月份可領到。

 法拉盛新年廟會 千人同樂熱鬧非凡

逛廟會是華人過春節的傳統項目之一，法拉盛文藝中心(Flushing Town Hall)17日舉辦2019「華人新年廟會」，吸引近千名各族裔民眾到場，參與遊行、體驗與農曆新年相關的傳統藝術表演、創意美食、手工作坊等活動。

「華人新年廟會」以早上的遊行拉開序幕，隊伍在皇后區公共圖書館法拉盛分館前集合，沿緬街一路走到北方大道的法拉盛文藝中心；市議員顧雅明、文藝中心行政暨藝術總監Ellen Kodadek、社區僑領等裝扮成土地公、財神等過年慶典神仙，當地兩所小學的學生也參加，提著燈籠、穿著12生肖服飾，引人注目。

廟會的室內慶典活動在遊行後登場，州參議員劉醇逸、法拉盛文藝中心中華委員會成員、新年廟會創始人甘台甯、中華文化委員會主席楊旻雯等共同為活動揭幕，扯鈴、轉手帕等經典雜耍、四川變臉、布袋戲、民族舞蹈等精采演出，贏得觀眾的掌聲和歡呼。

Kodadek表示，法拉盛文藝中心自2015年起連年舉辦華人廟會慶典，琳瑯滿目的攤位和精采絕倫的表演總能吸引近千人參與，不僅有法拉盛民眾，更有許多人專程從大紐約各區來過節，活動的成功離不開中華文化委員會的努力以及社區各界的支持。

文藝中心華人社區發展主任鄧雅云表示，盡力讓活動擁有廟會該有的元素，並希望有傳承和教育的意義；20多個現場攤位，南北小吃薈萃，除了台上的節目，還有藝術教師帶領民眾製作年節相關裝飾、裝飾創意紅包等手作工坊，民藝師傅還展示經典民間藝術糖畫，剪紙大師陸明良也帶來剪紙示範。
