【華人健康網記者洪毓琪／台北報導】每次洗臉，塗抹保養品、化妝時，摸到下巴上一粒粒凸起、難消的小粉刺，總讓你瞬間鬱悶不已？心情大打折扣？近來，網路上就盛傳：「粉刺叢生，尤其是遍布下巴，代表體內荷爾蒙分泌出現異常」的說法，引起不少網友注意。但真有這麼一回事嗎？且聽專業皮膚科醫師怎麼說！
改善粉刺問題有訣竅 5保養要點非知不可
既然下巴長粉刺與荷爾蒙異常沒有一定的關聯性，那想要改善粉刺問題，民眾到底該怎麼做才對呢？趙昭明醫師指出，除了少吃油炸、甜食等容易誘發皮脂腺過度分泌的食物外，日常生活落實以下要點，更是保養關鍵：
要點1／做好肌膚清潔：
日常洗臉的溫度控制對於肌膚也有很大的影響，洗臉的水溫最好控制在氣溫15℃以上用冷水，15℃以下用溫水洗臉，不過要注意是溫水的水溫最好控制在與人體體溫相符35到40℃以內較為合適。
要點2／定時去角質：
由於人體的皮膚每28天會自動代謝，因此油性、混合性肌膚建議每3～4週進行1次全面性的去角質最適宜；而面霜類輕度去角質的產品則可以1到2周使用一次。
要點3／做好防曬：
紫外線不僅會造成皮膚曬黑、曬傷、老化、長斑，還會影響肌膚角化的健康程度，使毛孔容易阻塞，而增加粉刺、痘痘發生率。
要點4／睡眠充足：
經常熬夜、睡眠不足也會造成氧化壓力的產生，造成人體皮膚角化代謝出現異常，使毛孔容易阻塞，導致粉刺叢生。
要點5／不濫擠濫壓：
若在粉刺尚未成熟、凸起前，任意用手擠壓、壓迫，恐產生壓力效應造成皮脂腺萎縮，使毛孔變大、色素沉澱；甚至形成傷口，增感染風險。因此，不建議民眾濫擠、濫壓。
