G20重要議題一次看　脫不了貿易主軸
全球貿易、地緣政治熱點、歐洲聯盟（EU）執行委員會主席人選，都會是28日起在日本大阪召開的20國集團（G20）峰會重要議題。

法新社整理出幾大要點，一窺全球領袖將在這場兩天會議中討論什麼：

●關稅和貿易

所有目光都將放在中國和美國身上，看看這兩大經濟體能否結束已持續好一段時間的貿易戰。

美國總統川普和中國國家主席習近平將在場邊會談，這是去年12月G20在阿根廷開會以來，他們第一次見面。

專家對兩人能否敲定決定性的協議抱持懷疑態度，但許多人認為，川習或會同意關稅停戰，並為敲定最後協議訂定日期。

貿易必定也是此次會議強調的主題。

●來自平壤的信函

今年2月川金會破局後，美國和北韓關係一直處於冰凍狀態，但最近川普和北韓領導人金正恩交換信函，讓人對第3次川金會燃起希望。

習近平在這項議題上也扮演關鍵角色，觀察家預期，剛剛結束首次平壤訪問的習近平，將傳達金正恩重啟外交活動的訊息。

●伊朗火藥庫

由於美國、沙烏地阿拉伯、俄羅斯等區域要角都將參與G20峰會，他們與伊朗的緊張關係絕對會是場邊對話焦點。

東道主日本首相安倍晉三不久前才歷史性地造訪德黑蘭，但他尋求扮演調停角色的企圖心，將因阿曼灣兩艘油輪遭攻擊事件蒙上陰影。

●川普搶去焦點

東道主日本試圖讓媒體聚焦海洋垃圾和人口老化等議題，但川普在場邊的多場會談勢必會搶去所有目光，特別是他排定與俄國和土耳其總統的會面。

川普預料會和俄國總統普欽（Vladimir Putin）來場面對面交談，這是兩人2018年7月在芬蘭赫爾辛基見面後的首次。

土耳其總統艾爾段（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）則熱銷排行榜購物希望透過與川普的友好關係，化解因購買俄國飛彈而與北大西洋公約組織（NATO）盟國產生的齟齬。

●布魯塞爾的討價還價

歐盟領袖21日無法針對接替榮科（Jean-ClaudeJuncker）職掌歐洲聯盟執行委員會（European Commission）的人選達成共識，6月30日他們將在布魯塞爾召開特別會議決定此事。

當天正好是G20峰會落幕的隔天，因此大部分觀察家都預期，德國、法國、義大利、荷蘭等國在日本期間將繼續針對此事討價還價。（中央社）

短短不到24小時，尼莎颱風和海棠颱風無縫接軌地直撲台灣，導致台灣許多地方狂風暴雨的，特別是南台灣地區，包括屏東、高雄、台南等，都已傳出嚴重的淹水災情。而一遇到淹水，除了房屋內的家具面臨毀損危機外，汽機車也常常因此泡水、拋錨等；不過，有網友在臉書上分享一段TOYOTA的ALTIS轎車成功開過淹水路段的影片，讓不少人直呼這根本是「神車再現」、「神車神引擎啊」、「明天TOYOTA要漲價了～」

原PO除了分享這段影片外，更忍不住大讚：「神車再現！！！Altis會再漲價！！！比撞的撞不贏，那來比泛舟啊！」其他網友看到後，起初先是替這名駕駛捏把冷汗，但看到他成功地開過後，紛紛留言讚嘆，「護主神車啊」、「比兩棲海路用還強」、「真的超強ㄟ，它不會其實是船吧」、「只有神A才能超越神A了～」

但也有網友經驗分享，直指這其實和車沒有一定關係，駕駛技術才是重點，「這樣油門放掉就完蛋了，油門一放回油排氣管直接吸水進去就直接GG了」、「打低速擋、油門一半以上！不能放慢速度、也不能放空油門！只要進氣口別進水...應該可以安全渡過」、「不能停，要就踩足油門衝，停了就熄火顧路了」、「看來是有經驗的駕駛，進退不得只能衝了！」
