亞泥董事長徐旭東昨天親自主持股東會。記者余承翰／好用商品推薦攝影 分享 facebook 亞泥昨天召開股東會，董事長徐旭東看好大陸市場，有望延續去年好表現，維持較高的價位和盈利水準。相反地，他對台灣市場則看法保守，雖然今年有前瞻基礎建設計畫等政策利多，但大環境供過於求，營運依舊艱困。亞泥新城山礦場礦權展延至今爭議不休，昨天股東會場外有地球公民基金會抗議，要求降低對部落社會經濟環境的衝擊，場內也有小股東表達抗議，徐旭東發言不到三分鐘便被打斷發言，大喊「亞泥礦場的礦下危機你怎麼解決？」徐旭東回說：「很抱歉！我在好康推薦商品講話。我很歡迎你發言，但是要按照程序。」. } }); } 徐旭東表示限量不等人的超人氣產品，亞泥一直對原住民表達關懷，協助原住民住家整修，對原住民的關懷絕對不輸任何人，有些在地原住民覺得亞泥很好，但有些從外地來的原住民卻不滿，讓亞泥很困擾。此外，亞泥到花蓮是在政府推動下才過去2018熱銷商品省錢大作戰的，當礦場挖到某個程度不能再挖，確實會停止，屆時打算朝觀光轉型，但現在還不知時間。亞泥會後也發表三點聲明，對於股東會有少數特定團體人士的脫序行為表示遺憾，並予以譴責；亞泥將於七月初召開第四次協商會議，希望能針對在地發展凝聚共識，規畫方向；最後，亞泥會在環境保護與經濟發展之間尋求平衡點，找出和部落之間互助互信的最大公約數，成為地方發展的助力。
【執政2周年】蔡英文5月民調小幅上升 民意基金會：可能與陳菊入府有關
蔡英文執政滿2周年，台灣民意基金會20日公布民進黨執政2周年最新民調，民調顯示，民眾整體給蔡英文打52.61分 (滿分100)，整體分數不及格，也與2017年的52.41分相差不大，台灣民意基金會董事長游盈隆認為，這顯示蔡總統施政表現，民眾心情跟第一年一樣，沒有給台灣人民耳目一新的感覺。
台灣民意基金會最新民調顯示，2018年5月，有3成9的人基本上贊同蔡總統領導國家的方式，4成8的人不贊同，但與4月相比，贊同蔡總統領導國家方式的人上升7.2個百分點，不贊同蔡總統國家領導方式的人下降1.4個百分點，台灣民意基金會董事長游盈隆認為，蔡總統整體聲望是「久旱逢甘霖」。
民意基金會認為，民意支持度上升可能與陳菊入府有關，可凝聚民進黨陣營的向心力，另外，中共近日在外交上搶邦交國和武力恫嚇，也促使台灣人出現鞏固領導中心的心裡，再加上蔡政府2個月來頻向外界宣揚政績和闡述政策，讓民意支持度不至於太難看。
台灣民意基金會也針對蔡總統六大施政作為，包含經濟、兩岸、國防、外交、年金改革、司法改革，進行滿意度民意調查。
其中民調顯示，3成5的人滿意蔡總統2年來的經濟表現，但有高達6成1的人不滿意，並有3成的人強烈不滿；對於兩岸表現部分，有3成8民眾基本上滿意，但有5成6不滿意，跟1年前所做民調的比率幾乎一致，游盈隆表示，蔡總統兩岸關係的處理，台灣人不是那麼滿意地接受。
關於年金改革，民調顯示，有5成民眾基本滿意蔡總統年金改革的表現，4成2的人不滿意，游盈隆說，跟其他施政作為相比，滿意度高，顯示蔡英文總統推動年改是獲得社會多數人肯定的。
本次民調由山水民意研究公司受台灣民意基金會委託，訪問期間是2018年5月14日、15日2天，以全國為範圍的20歲以上成年人；有效樣本1071人，抽樣誤差在95%信心水準下約正負2.99個百分點。（蔡英文開直播回答網友提問）
