Attaching the infant car seat by using the Britax Römer Baby Safe i-Size Flex Base or the Baby Safe i-Size Base (not included in delivery!) is very simple. Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.

The 5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. NBA選秀會上周落幕，但尼克隊因拒絕讓熱賣產品開店送禮推薦《紐約每日新聞》參加選秀會後的記者會，違反聯哪裡便宜搶購盟規定，今天遭官方罰款5萬美元（約新台幣155萬元）。. } }); } 尼克選秀會上挑中巴瑞特（RJ Barrett）和密西根大前鋒布拉代基斯（Ignas Brazdeikis），但當其他紐約媒體受邀參加介紹兩位新人的記者會，《紐約每日新聞》哪裡買首選卻被拒於門外，這樣行為已違反聯盟的媒體平等規則。美國職業籃球作家協會（The Professional Basketball Writers）昨天已發表聲明譴責尼克，認為此舉是「不專業和不被接受」，聲明中直接點名尼克老闆多蘭（James Dolan），「多蘭過去之前就曾說，禁止《紐約每日新聞報》員工在記者會上發布訊息，事實上，他唯一傳達的訊息就是他是個惡霸。」這已非多蘭第一次和《紐約每日送禮推薦2018流行商品新聞報》槓上，去年12月，當《紐約每日新聞報》刊載多蘭可能賣掉尼克的新聞後，該報專欄作家邦迪（Stefan Bondy）就被禁止進入尼克總裁米爾斯（Steve Mills）的記者會。聯盟公告則表示，尼克明白已經違反聯盟媒體規定，聯盟未來也會繼續按照既有政策，保障媒體採訪權利。

升格每年預算多千億？張其強：根本是混淆視聽

[新頭殼newtalk] 蘇貞昌今(20)日上午出席活動時表示，當年他當縣長預算一年才700億，現在是一年1700億，但里長一個月仍然是五萬元可以服務里民，而且還綁手綁腳，對此，新北市政府發言人張其強表示，老縣長記錯預算不是第一次了，是故意混淆是非。

蘇貞昌提到，每一個里長一個月的里辦公室有5萬元服務里民，清水溝、割草，撕違規小廣告，是從他當縣長時候開始的，當年預算一年才700億，現在是一年1700億，還是，這5萬塊綁手綁腳，里長非常怨嘆，就是現在很難做事，什麼都要等到市政府核准，不只是要讓他們能做事、好做事，最重要還是要讓每一個地方動起來。

對於蘇貞昌這番話，張其強指出，事實是，在升格之前，包含29鄉鎮市在內的台北縣政府，歲出預算是1447億，而在升格新北市後，歲出預算1550億，表面上，雖然是增加了100億，但如果扣除了包括國立高中職在內等原屬中央業務，改由新北市承接，每年都需增列預算53億，以及償還勞健保，和公教優惠存款債務每年約90億元後，新北市的實際歲出，和台北縣時代比較，反而是減少了約30億

張其強說，新北市每位市民，平均可分配到的每人法定預算額，更是六都中最少的，加上「財政收支劃分法」遲遲沒有修正通過，更讓市府每年歲入短收200億，從100年至今，短少超過1000億以上，「老縣長記錯預算不是第一次了，這樣是故意混淆是非。」

民政局則指出，升格後，新北市府大幅提升各里可運用里基層經費，除了每個月里基層工程經費5萬元，每年另編列每里建設及活動經費至少45萬，每里每年至少有105萬-135萬可以運用，增加一倍的運用經費，相較於全國各縣市，新北市政府提供里長可運用資源最多。

民政局強調，「可能老縣長忘了縣府時代里基層經費僅可運用於資本門，里長們常常反應綁手綁腳」，升格後，市府大幅開放里基經費使用項目，里長可因應各里情況，購置所需辦公設備、防災必要用品、閱覽書籍、增加辦理民俗節慶推廣及教育訓練研習等，多開放32個購置項目，讓里長不但不會被綁手綁腳，還能更快速有效的提供里內各項服務，加強服務多樣性，讓其他縣市里長非常羨慕。
