中央版租金補貼 9月受理申請 | 桃竹苗 | 地方 | 聯合新聞網
桃園市往年受理申辦住宅補貼都很熱絡，今年內政部同樣核定1萬戶租金補貼。圖／桃園市政府提供分享 facebook 中央拍板「協助單身及鼓勵婚育租金補貼試辦方案」，各縣市政府9月份開始受理申請，桃園市去年首度自推青年租金補貼形團購人氣產品好物分享同暫時退場，發到6月為止，市府住宅發展處指出，中央版本租金補貼3200元，比桃園版本4000元要少，每月平均所得規定低於最低生活費2.5倍也較嚴，月薪須在3萬6445元以下，但不須設籍，方便租屋族申請。中央跟地方政府祭出住宅補貼政策多年，租金補貼最受歡迎，但申請資格限制單身者須40歲以上才能申請，屢被詬病，市府去年3月29日青年節首度推出桃園青年租金補貼，開放設籍桃園、20歲哪裡便宜戰利品到40歲單身青年申請，市長鄭文燦還從每月2千元加碼到4千元，且不限戶數。. } }); } 桃園版青年租金補貼政策去年首度上路，最後有445戶符合資格獲得每月4千元補助，從去年6月獲發補助，為期1年，住宅發展處長莊敬權說，桃園辦理租金補貼成效良好，獲得中央認同，中央也在今年拍板一致性方案，並擴大補助婚育家庭，因此遵照中央版，也不會加碼。莊敬權說，中央針對不同縣市的青年與婚育家庭訂出不同級距的租金補貼，桃園為各3200元與4000元，資格方面，申請人每月平均所得要低於該縣市公告的最低生活好用商品推薦費2.5倍以下，以桃園市來說薪資要在3萬6445元以下，此規範確實較去年桃園版的3.5倍、5萬1023元嚴格。莊也提到，原本桃園青年租金補貼只補助設籍桃園者，中央版規定，租屋處與戶籍不須限制在同一縣市，意即申請人戶籍雖在外縣市，但在桃園租房工作，一樣可在桃園市申請，但最低生活費計算須以租屋處所在地為準，另新婚育兒家庭的戶籍地與租屋處則須在同一縣市。住宅發展處指出，青年與婚育家庭租金補貼將於9月份受理申請，此試辦方案，縣市政府不須出配合款，依去年經驗與中央初步規畫，釋出名額應能全額滿足，最產品送禮酒推薦快11月份可領到。

王勝偉生涯盜壘數緊追彭政閔：還有段距離

（中央社記者黃巧雯新北17日電）中華職棒中信兄弟王勝偉今天完成生涯第200盜，為中職史上第4人，僅次於排名第3彭政閔228盜。王勝偉說：「學長說沒關係還有一段距離」。

中信兄弟作客新莊棒球場對戰富邦悍將，王勝偉4局上擊出三壘方向滾地球，靠著傳球失誤上壘，面對投捕搭檔陳鴻文、方克偉，隨後成功盜上二壘，繼林易增、黃甘霖、彭政閔後，中職史上第4位加入200盜俱樂部。

王勝偉指出，今年原本可以很早完成200盜紀錄，但卻拖到現在，主因是長打率提升，攻占得點圈機會較高，加上後面輪到中心棒次攻擊，因此不太會貿然盜向三壘。

值得注意的是，王勝偉對自己速度深具自信，進入職棒後，也為自己打擊、守備和盜壘設定目標，儘管完成紀錄性的200盜，但今天仍選擇把目標放在心中，他說：「希望在完成自己心裡那個目標後再跟大家講，也不會太遲。」

王勝偉目前生涯盜壘數200盜，中職排名第4，緊追在排名第3的彭政閔228盜之後；對於今年是否有機會超越，他表示：「可以超越就超越。」

王勝偉透露，彭政閔今天除了向他說聲恭喜外，也跟他說，「沒關係，還有一段距離」。

在眾多盜壘中，又以2008年新人年在倒數第2場比賽，盜壘數超越彭政閔，拿下當年度盜壘王，令王勝偉最印象深刻，而那次盜壘，以及生涯首次盜壘和第200盜都是在新莊球場完成，也讓他直呼與新莊球場很有緣。

中信兄弟王威晨本季以13次盜壘，暫居盜壘王，王勝偉在追求200盜紀錄之餘，也不忘對王威晨開玩笑：「我今天這樣跑，你有可能被我追到喔。」（編輯：黃瑞弘）1070517
