雖然美國總統川普對華為實施禁令，但美國科技業仍持續出售海外製產品給華為。 歐新社 分享 facebook 紐約時報25日報導，儘管美國總統川普對中國大陸電信大廠華為實施禁令，但美國科技業仍出售海外生產的零組件給華為。另必買清單暢銷排行 據彭博資訊報導，美國願意暫停對下一輪3250億美元的中國商品加徵關稅，但美國不願意做出任何貿易讓步。紐時報導，要求匿名的知情人士透露，英特爾、美光等企業已經找到繼續出貨給華為的方法，即銷售海外製造的產品給華為。美企海外生產的產品不一定被認定為美國製造。 美企大約三周前開始供貨給華為，迄今總額可能已有數億美元。川普政府封殺華為，美企不可出售零組件供華為未來產品使用，但是在8月中之前，仍可繼續出售支援華為現有產品的技術。美企最近的供貨有多少用於華為未來產品，目前不詳。美國半導體產業協會會長紐佛（John N最近流行產品網購人氣產品euffer）上周發聲明表示，其成員「致力於嚴格遵守制裁」，「但現在，有些品項顯然依法可供應給華為」。紐佛說，「每家公司都會因其特定產品和供應鏈受到不同影響，且都必須評估如何從事業務最好，同時遵守規定」。川普網路熱銷產品熱銷產品和中國國家主席習近平將在本周的20國集團（G20）峰會期間會面，這是自美中貿易談判5月破裂以來，兩國元首第一次會晤。禮物網路購物美國政府官員25日表示，美國希望川習會後重啟貿易談判，但不會接受任何關稅條件。美國希望中國回到5月貿易磋商破裂前的狀態。美中原本已擬出協議草案，但中方對其中一些條款反悔，尤其是修改關鍵問題法律的要求。美國已經對中國輸美2500億美元商品徵收25%的關稅，涉及半導體到家具等一系列商品。川普威脅要對另外價值3250億美元的商品加徵關稅，幾乎涵蓋所有中國輸美商品，包括手機、電腦和服裝等消費品。知情人士表示，美方願意暫停新一輪加徵關稅，但尚未決定，暫停加徵可能會在川習會後宣布。

國際原油價格持續走高，油價又要漲了！中油公司從明天（21號）凌晨零時起，調漲各式汽油價格每公升0.3元，柴油價格每公升0.4元，調整後的參考零售價格分別為98無鉛汽油每公升32.5元、95無鉛汽油每公升30.5元、92無鉛汽油每公升29.0元、超級柴油每公升27.1元。要加油的民眾可要加快腳步。
